MCP Certified and an Electrical Engineering Degree.  After five years of self employment, I accepted an entry level position @$60k a year ago when the economy started to slump.  I really enjoy walking out at 5:00 and going home to my family.  Self employment is 24/7 and I am making more $/hr now.  Not as much $ in pocket but more time to spend it.

Congratulations!  $60k for entry level?  What particular field are you in?  I've been in the field for over 4 years now at $56k

Enterprise development with a lot of product testing.  The engineering degree helped alot in landing this position.
