I am paying 12,000 to be certified in A+, Network Plus, and MCSE, but 98% of the time in class is book work. Tell me is this normal or should it be 50/50 book work and hands on training? Because for the money I am paying it does not seem to be cutting it.

Hands-on and book learning are the best combination, IMHO!!

I've attended two different "training centers"; both included hands-on instruction, book learning and tons of handouts not included in the study guides.

Currently, I'm attending a local university (for the MCSE)--after eight months of the MOC and labs, I hope to have it all wrapped up!!:)
