Good Day,
I need a little clarification. I plan top to take the advanced test in December but don't think I will have time to take the other three I need to be 2K certified. Say I pass the advanced test, do I have to write all the tests individually if I don't finish by December or would I only need to take the other three? In other words, does the advanced test becomes invalid after 31 December?
Thanks,
JayG

Hi JayG,

No, the Accelerated exam doesn't expire(if you pass) after Dec. 31, but if you need to upgrade your NT4 MCSE, it must be completed by the 31st.(all electives and design exams)in order not to have a lapse in your cert.

If that is not a problem for you, then you can complete the remaining elective/design exams after Dec. 31. and upgrade to Win2K MCSE.

I hope that this helps. Good luck with the studies.

Thanks Cardiff. That answers my question. I don't mind the lapse in my current certification.
Thanks again,
