Hi All,
I am new to this forum. I have completed my MSCE in NT4. I am just now starting to look at upgrading to W2k. I was just wondering if there is a single book available for the 70-240 exam or if I need to purchase a separate book for each of the core exams?(From what I've read, the 70-240 exam covers the four core exams)

Thanks in advance.

Yes, there are couple all-in-one books for the 70-240 exam.

I've the Exam Prep for 70-240 and after I read the first two chapters, I've decided to buy the MS Press Core Four Study Guide. The all-in-one did not cover to well for the exam.

Just my opinion. Smiley

those are what i will be using. the mastering series kit is good. i used the AD book for 70-219 and liked it a great deal.

so far the ExamPrep book appears to be rushing things and i don't think it's going to be breaking the exam down into the 4 sections... and the layout is kinda funny with windows 2000 pro as the last chapter before the index. but anyway, i plan i finishing up that book and setting up my lab and working with the w2k resource kit and then the exam cram.

and my co-worker has this which i may browse through: http://www1.fatbrain.com/asp/bookinfo/bookinfo.asp?theisbn=0072125004&vm=t

Hi

How good is the MS Press 70-240 book? IS it good enough to pass or is it good enough at least to think about passing?

The core four is so bulky that I will not finish.

Mastering Win2000 server by Mark Minasi is a good book, but it is not exam-oriented. I use it on and off for reference.

Will anyone tell more about the MS PRess 70-240 book?
