Hi everyone, I have just finished my MCSE+i. w/ the exp in mcse, i think I can self-study for more cert and to be a DBA, but i dont no which way to go , SQL or Orcale. Hope someone here can give me some really world advice.

Good 4 u.

SQL is easier and more basic. Very good to know.

If u already had the skill. Try Orcale, but it take more time. There are few exams u need to take.

My suggestion is to try the MS SQL, then Oracle.

thanx for your suggestion Kasor.
I do studying it now. Database is new to me, so taking my time and just got a EV from my friend to play w/. Hope to finish both exams before March. By the time, I will have more knowledge on DBA, then decide if i am really interested to move on to Oracle.
