Failed the exam

I have been using FrontPage for a couple of years. I have created several really large sites for different companies. I bought the book "MCSD Study Guide for FrontPage98 and studied it cover to cover. I took the practice test in the book and on the CD until I was scoring 100%. I THOUGHT that meant I was ready for this test! Boy, was I wrong! I don't know even what I did wrong on the exam. I don't know if in the simulations, any extra clicks count against you even if you get the right result. The scenario questions were so vague! There was a lot of questions on using databases which I have never done. I only scored a 680, needed a 702 to pass. I wish I knew what to study to do better next time. Any tips, suggestions, help?
