Hi my is name Carl. I just completed my CCNA and used the CISCO forum, but I did not join it. It was very useful. I just started reading the Syngress/Osbonre Study Guide, at 1500 pages it makes a good paper-weight. I'll provide feedback and ask questions and I hope there will enough of you to do like wise. The clock is ticking.
PS how does 240 compare to the NT4 tests. I remember Server was easy and Enterprise was a killer!

Hello Carl and welcome,

70-240 is one mother of an exam if you think you will master it just buy using books, notes, brain dumps etc.. THINK AGAIN!!!

This one is a pig of an exam, this has been highlighted by several who have tried & failed. the Killer seems to be the 70-216 & 70-217 parts of the exam. They have a tendency (as always by MS) to use non-quoted reference material to trip you up.

My advice is don't rush it, master all the parts 1st i.e. 210, 215, 216 & 217 then when you feel you are ready THINK AGAIN!!

Wait another week then go for the plunge (That is unless you have been working with 2000 for the past 6-9 months)

Other than that I can't give you any advice except GOOD LUCK Cheesy
