I haven't been able to get back on for almost year now. I even wrote it off thinking it wasn't coming back, so I stopped checking a few months ago. As I was saying, glad to see it back up. Who got it back up this time and why was it down for so long?

Very nice, welcome back all. Good to see this site is up and running. I am also trying to get more people to the CertGuard forum because that one was once very useful and informative, so anyone that would like to join me over there it would be much appreciated!

*cough* cross-link *cough*

We bought the sites from Dmitri a couple years ago and then other things happened that put doing anything with them on the back burner.  The old site had a lot of custom code that was nearly impossible to unravel which didn't help.

So...the question is now, what should we do with this site? Registrations are coming in, albeit slowly, and we have lots of knowledge base stuff we could incorporate. Heck, I might even be coerced into getting A.J. Axline's manic ravings a spot here...we have him in a cage up north in an undisclosed location, but Vector manages to spring him now and again....it might be good to give him a place he can warp to from time to time.

So what would be useful? What would you guys like to see happen here?

Well, for starters bring in new certs like MCP Windows 7, etc. There has got to be a bunch more out there. We can start there and see what happens.

Most of the registrations so far have been spammers, which is to be expected.

or people complaining that their 'free' email no longer works.

Yeah we have been monitoring the regi's.  Nam is not going to change much til we get word on a new version of the software that is supposed to be imminent.

We won't completely remove the old stuff...too many links going to it to do that, but we'll take it to "Removed Stuff" and then we should work on a heirarchy for the new exam discussions.
