Woohoo! I past this test with a score of 936 with a couple months of studying. I don't think I have ever felt more confident on an MS test (well maybe the MCDST exams heh).

Truth be told, this is my second attempt at the test, but I still remember the many words of encouragement including from Freak. That was a long time ago and I simply decided to move onto other exams. I finally came back to it to finish it off.

In anycase, the book resources used were:
1) MSPress 70-270 Self-Paced Training Kit 2nd Edition by Walter Glenn and Anthony Northrup.

2) Mike Meyer's 70-270 Certification Passport by Brian Culp.

My test consisted of 58 questions, all multiple choice. There were quite a few questions focusing on Windows Firewall and. Some questions on GPOs, NTFS/Share permissions, 'Last known good' and troubleshooting network configuration issues. Overall, the MSPress book is a solid book to review for the exam.

Even I had used MS pressbooks for my cert exam but I had also used Sybase books. Even some ebooks which I got from net were really helpful.
