If anyone has taken 642-425 IPTT recently please let me know the passing score,number of questions and the duration.

What is best study material?

642-425 duration is 90 minutes . You will be tested on 50-60 questions . You will be tested in following area :

 Describe effective troubleshooting methods to resolve issues in complex IP Telephony networks

ΤΗσ  Identify general converged network problems and issues
ΤΗσ  Perform a baseline analysis and document existing infrastructure using Cisco recommended methodologies
ΤΗσ  Create a troubleshooting strategy that follows Cisco recommended methodologies
ΤΗσ  Use Cisco TAC as a troubleshooting and escalation tool


Troubleshoot common CallManager configuration, integration and operations problems

ΤΗσ  Troubleshoot common call setup problems with both voice and video calls
ΤΗσ  Troubleshoot complex CallManager problems using system trace files
ΤΗσ  Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco CallManager dial-plan issues including CSS, Partitions, and translation patterns
ΤΗσ  Troubleshoot and resolve problems with media resources including MOH and conferencing
ΤΗσ  Identify CTI components and troubleshoot problems related to CTI


Troubleshoot Cisco AVVID and server components using the appropriate utilities and management tools

ΤΗσ  Demonstrate the use of the Cisco CallManager Serviceability tools to troubleshoot IPT problems

The existing study exams for this test aren't even close... Boson, AtualTests and more. Way off..

This exam is bull... some topics include:
Why would a phone become unregsitered?
Transform sequences?
IP Helper address?
Why would a MWI not go off?
Why is your config shown send a busy tone when you dial the PSTN?
What # will dial if you dial a certian extension that belongs to more than one person (They are all in different partitions)
Why would VM send you a busy tone?
How could you get sent to the wrong greeting during the test of a VM system?
Wich DSCP is associated with the voice bearer channel in a config?  

And more....

I am preparing for this test with the Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony book printed in 2003 but it seems out of date.  Is there another reference that would be useful for studying for this test?
