Got my results back yesterday evening

Section 1 Troubleshooting and System Maintenance 100%

Section 2 Installation and Configuration(RHCT Component) 100%
Installation and Configuration(RHCE Component) 85,7%

A very challenging exam that totally blows away all the rubbish
theoretical/multiple choice certs I have done for years now.

paiste2002,

Did you self-study and/or go to Red Hat training classes?

Hard for me to answer that, but I suppose logic dictates that if staying with that company is worth more to you than the actual role you play, go with it. On the other hand, if you want to remain more on the technical side and they don't provide you with this opportunity, maybe it's time to look for something else?
