Does anyone know of a software tool/utility that you can use to view Microsoft Exchange servers?   I want to be able to have some techs be able to view the exchange server for various things such as:  Owners of shared mailboxes, Owners of resource mailboxes, checking the status of user mailboxes, etc....   I only want the techs to have "list" or "read-only" permissions.  Any help would be appreciated.

We don't use Exchange on our network, but I'm sure it has an MMC that you can customize for read-only access and distribute. I'm sure you just delegate Read permissions for the group you want.

Delegate control at the org or admin levels within Exchange System Manager giving view only rights and then install the ESM on the users machines that need to administer Exchange.
