can i take my exams in these order 70-284 as the last one to get mcse certified

You may take the tests in any order. Following the numeric order on the core 4 usually works best because the skills required build from one test to the next. Your list does not include the required workstation operating system. See http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcse/windows2003 for a complete description of the requirements. Good luck!

Oops. You've got the 70-270 XP workstation. You're good to go. Any order you wish. The XP test is going to be the easiest of the bunch.
