Still working on my Net+ but just wondering if anyone had thoughts on CompTIA's HTi+ certification.

Just saw it. Didn't know it existed. Curious if it was a good certification or should be passed by. I know a lot about audio and went to school for sound engineering and thought about going in that direction.

It's a great cert. It is geared towards the home entertainment/home automation/ security market. with a lot of networking thrown in...
Everybody has a computer these days but the HTI market is still pretty high-end so there is money to be made.
It is a very broad cert with everything from cabling to HVAC to electricity.
Cisco has some really good materials out. A lot of distributors and vendors are getting on board.:cool:
