I passed exam 70-305 "Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual Basic? .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio? .NET" on Saturday to fulfill an elective for my MCDBA.  I recommend this elective for anyone who administers web sites that use SQL Server.  There are quite a few questions on the test about SQL Server such as connection strings, stored procedures and ADO.NET that are easy if you have already taken the core SQL Server exams.

I used the following to prepare for the test:

Sams Teach Yourself ASP.NET in 21 Days

Transcender Flash and Cert for 70-305

And of course lots of MSDN searches to research topics that weren't covered enough in the above materials.

The test was 43 questions in 120 minutes, with all the questions in the radio button or multiple choice format. Some questions were the type of "select the best two answers" and one question I had to select the best four answers. The topics that I wasn't prepared for were: the ToolTip class and AlternateText property, debugging old ASP pages, the order of events before the Page_Load event, and adding Web References in VS.  The DotNetJohn tips and Cramsession study guide should be carefully studied before taking any practice tests.  As always, Transcender was terrific and worth the cost.
