I want to connect from my Windows 2000 Advanced Sever to Windows XP, but I'm always getting this dialog box.
In the "Connect As" box I entered the XP's machine name, and in the password box I entered the password of the XP (which I entered during the installation process)

It's asking for a username and password.

Don't type the machine name, type in the name of the admin account.
