I am looking for a emulation or simulation of OS X that I can run on my PC.
Does anyone know if this exist and where I can get it?

There is no OS X emulator or anything like it. If you really need OS X to study, your best option is to get a second hand Mac. If you just want to work with the BSD subsystem, you can install Darwin x86. I believe Darwin will also install under a Bochs virtual machine.
Use Google if you need more details.

Yeah, Darwin's your best bet on x86 hardare. The command line portion of OS X is basically identical.

there is an attempt to get make an emulator, but due to the design of the x86 CPU, its ungodly slow. I have read that people have installed OS X, but I have yet to see it with my own eyes.
There is also an Xserve simulator for OS X. This will allow you to configure an Xserve with OS X Server, and setup the server from scratch. Thats available from the apple sales web, so you must have an affiliation with apple to get it. The latest version I have is dated July 2004
