I passed 219 today.  I used chapters 9 + 10, Exam Cram, and lab work.  

I like that this exam gives you a practical application of the dry studying you've been doing.  I didn't use any practice exams, and I didn't think that they were necessary.

I took notes on my scrap paper, pretending that i was sitting with a client with my deployment team.  This helped me to absorb the major points of the cases.

On the case studies, there is an All tab, where all the information is presented in one long scrolling page.  This helped me to get a quick idea of what was going on before the questions.  i then looked over the questions and took notes on what i thought would help me answer them

As jeff said, chapters 9+10 are all you need.  Good luck everyone.
