Does anyone know how to export the names from Global Distribution list to and output source like Word or Excel (preferably excel so I can filter the names from their)?

Thanks you any help.

There may be third party tools for this, but you might just try CSVDE to export from AD and use Excel AutoFilter to filter users and contacts based on a huge number of attributes that are available in that information.

Thanks for the input Jeff.  I'll keep trying.
