im kinda new to MCSE anybody have any thoughts?

If you ever need help passing a future exam for a certification visit, If you have time you should go check it out.

a) It's better behind you than ahead of you!
b) 210 and 215 are a lot of facts and basic o/s operations.
c) 216 and 217 are the nuts and bolts of what makes AD tick.
d) The design exams are fairly easy
e) Take a side dish like Exchange, ISA Server or SQL Server.
f) It is easy to score double certs like MCSE - Security or MCDBA.
g) Get started, finish and take one or two upgrade tests to become MCSE 2003.

And just to add to the great tips from Jeff, the tests are a lot easier if you have everyday work experience and easier to understand if you have some hands on labs that you can do.  On your way to MCSE you can also attain MCSA by taking 70-218 after you finish 210,215, and 216.  Welcome to learning and troubleshooting (kind of at the same time).
