Well I passed 70-221 today.  I loved this test.  The case studies were fun to do.  Doing this one right after 217 & 216 definitely helped.  All I can say is read through the case studies twice it you have time.  At least read through the interviews twice!  It will help.  Pay special attention to any critical info...  i.e. network is slow, unmanageable, outdated hardware...  because you will get questions relating to that info.  Also be very up to speed on subnetting!  Good luck to anyone getting ready to tackle this one!;)

Congrats Teck Shark!  I really like this test too.  I took it after the 216 and thought it was very striaght forward.

I really enjoyed this test.  Although I really have enjoyed all the Microsoft tests thus far, this was the first test since 70-218 that was really "fun!"  Taking this right after 70-216 is definitely the way to go.

On a side note, I need one more test for MCSE 2000!  Since you two are both finished with your W2K track, perhaps you have some advice.  I use Exchange 2000 & SQL 2000 regularly at work, and I can't decide which to take.  I was thinking of doing Exchange, but I may do both of them.  Any advice?  Thanks.

I'd go with SQL myself.  Nothing wrong with having a strong database backround, whether that be conceptual design, administration or both.

But that's just my .02.  I've never been that interested in Exchange, but I'm sure someone else has a different view.

Best of luck!

Thanks Spid.  I think I'm going to take them both, but I may do SQL first.  I'd like to strengthen the SQL knowledgebase! Wink  Any books you'd recommend?  I usually use MS-Press, and then one or two others.  Thanks again!

Thanks.  Yes I am planning on taking them.  As soon as I have time anyway!;) I'm currently going back to school at nights so that will cut in to much of my study time!
