What I intent to do is to use a ISA Server as External proxy server which mean configuring listeners and so which I have done:
---------------------------------------------http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/Allowing_External_Connections_to_the_ISA_Server_Outgoing_Web_Requests_Listener.html.
---------------------------------------------there is not any problem with NAT static mapping or something else the problem is that The ISA server itself dont have any external addresses configured trough dial up entries and can not route client request using the LAN as the request coming from outside or inside using the proxy

Internet Security and Acceleration Server
-   Servers and Arrays
    - Server (192.168.0.20)
      -Network Configuration
        - Routing
          [Rule (external)]
*Retrieve them directly from the specified destination*

And use dial up is disabled so only thing that can proxy can do is to give me         the answer:

---------------------------------------------
HTTP 502 Proxy Error - The ISA Server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). (12202)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server
?--------------------------------------------
There is not any upstream ISA and the only route is the router so what is your suggestion?
Also I have tried using a modem and everything is fine but this is not the question and I need to find the way that ISA behind router can be used as external proxy or even internal as I mentioned I have got the same result as above 502 proxy error for internal proxy request.

Thank you in advance Peter

Isa server adress is 192.168.0.2
and all mappings and seting on the router and listeners on the server are to the same address 192.168.0.2 not 0.20 and the eror 502 has same number 192.168.0.2 this is not what makes the troubles
