whats happen if i pass the beta exams?... count like the normal exams?

are beta exams more toughs? what is the objetive of the beta exams?

Yes, they count as the real thing. I passed Network Environments in Beta, and now I have my MCSA too.

Beta exam is by invite only. And if you're invited, you'll have only one chance to do the exam. The cost? You'll have to do all the questions that they have come out with in the question pool (more than 100 of them). And you won't know your result until after one month or so.
