We primarily use HP Zero Clients for use with VMware Horizon View.  They work great and can be set up to automatically configure using the Teradici Management Console.

We are still using Microsoft ExpressionWeb 4 for some of our web design work. Just wondering which web development software is being used now a days? Earlier to ExpressionWeb, we were using Microsoft FrontPage.

However, one thing is clear. The hardware requirements are going up, and the existing hardware is getting obsolete with every release of Microsoft OS. One wonders whether it is necessary to have OS upgrades so soon and so fast? In turn, it is increasing the cost of ownership.

I've rolled this out to almost all the PC's and laptops I have at home.

even to some old Dells I picked up from work after we did 3 year refreshes on them.

Laptops Dell E4310 and a Dell E6420 both seem to be handling Win 10 just fine.

An old Optiplex 960 has it as well.

Just upgraded an 780 from Win 7 to Win 10, complained about the video card not being supported, but seems to work OK, although I will be using his headless and just through RDP so probably won't be an issue.

Might try some of my older stuff, just for shits and giggles.

Any one had experience with using third party exam software for authoring and delivering exams? Check out the software given below, developed using Visual Studio 2015:

Author software:
The author software is used by the author for populating the database with required information, like questions and answers, student/candidate profiles, classes, etc. The data is then exported programmatically to the exam engine.

Exam Engine:
The Exam engine is used to deliver the exam to the students/candidates. Several options are available to customize the experience, including while label and private labeling. Important features include study and exam modes, review and bookmarking, flash card explanations, and detailed stats.

check it out!!

Unplug it from the internet.

One way you are correct. Windows 10 looks more like sales platform for Microsoft with its tracking of user (like Google, which is already doing it for serving appropriate ads, in other words, to monetize).

There is also Cartana or something which i usually disable, that tracks your usage so that it could help you with things (thats what MS says) Check this out:,1295.0.html
