As part of the Attributes of BGP is conserned modification can be done in respect to the recieving prefixes.
Is that possible to provide backup on advertising prefixes.
Scenoria is like this.

I got One Router-A(Ra) running IBGP between two routers Rb and Rc. I want to advertise the prefixex in such a way that
in case IBGP between Ra and Rb fails.
IBGP between Ra and Rc should come up.
So that my customers will not face any downtime. what is the possibility of doing this.
I will be greatfull to you in case if you provide the solution for this problem.

Hello,

I have a problem here, my exchange server is not able to accespt e-mails from IP address instead of domain name. i.e. user@domain will come but user@ip address will not. Can anyone resolve this for me. My server is listed in DSBL list only because of this.

I do not check for reverse DNS for incoming mails.

Yes, I agreee with Zeniix, VPN would be a sure and cheap solution but, I would appreciate if you can give a clear picture as what bandwidth you are looking for and for how long (if occassinally how many hoirs a week) you want the connection and lastly the security of data you are passing to us.

Bye.
7  Cisco / Cisco Qualified Specialist / Question for PIX Experts on: October 25, 2003, 08:50:13 AM
Hi Haseeb,

I am working on the similar environment and what I have done is to create a dmz using ISA. Now what I have done is placed a DNS server inside DMZ with dmz local recored and MX records of all the domains hosted in DMZ as they'll be resolved locally.

That's it.
The suresh's solutions should work if you wish to use ISA, I can help.
Bye
