I know I have been neglecting this forum for a long time. I have been real busy.

Good news from home

The vouchers are sent within 24 hours usually, but too many email servers rejecting ligitimate emails.

It's a big problem. Anyway, if you paid for a voucher and have not received it in 48 hours, just use the "contact" form on their site and email your transaction ID.

Important: make sure you are logged in when using the contact form. This way, you user details are automatically included with the contact message.
