hi,
   I have my own PC and this time I have Windows Vista, now I want to install the Windows XP.
Can anyone tell me that what can I do in this regard?

First Insert Window 98 cd format your window now install other xp

Not being silly enough to ever of installed vista, can you not use the XP disc to delete the install/partition and format and do a clean install?

You know Enforcer, you might just be on to something there. I am like you and never installed Vista but don't see a reason why XP would not let you do that.  However, this would depend on what type of XP program you have, a new install or an upgrade. Windows 98, on ther other hand would for sure let you do it. So, I guess you could say that it would work either way.
