Go got Exchange 5.5
IIS 4 is retirering in less than 3 month and there is no replacement exam for it (no IIS 5 exam)
Exchange 5.5 is not scheduled to retire and when it does, you can take exchange 2000.

Bluetrain,
I took Proxy Server 2 & Exchange Server 5.5 for electives because they are both useful and are not retiring.
You might considered SQL 7 Administration (70-028) as it will not be retiring.
Best of luck on your final exam.
