I am getting ready to take my last exam for Master CNE...Fundamentals of Internetworking ( exam 611). Does anyone have any comments on the exam? Like all other exams, I am using the Novell White books to study. In any event, I'll post a follow up to let everyone know what I thought about this exam. Hopefully it won't be as tough as GroupWise 5.5 Adv. Admin. If the difficulty is about the same as BorderManager, then I'm not too worried. More after I take the test on Thursday....

Just took my last exam for Master CNE...Fundamentals of Internetworking ( exam 50-611). It was adaptive, 15 questions, and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. I only used the Novell White book to study. The exam covered all topics, but was heavy on NLSP, RIP/SAP, and OSPF. Example....you have an existing IPX Network using link state routing. You are adding to the network. What protocol would you use?

Also know the OSI model...specifically the transport, session and data link layers.

Hope this helps. On to Cisco!

John
