As far as your current position goes, move on. To me, it seems as if they do not appreciate your contributions to thier organizzation. Remember, no matter how bad they treat you on your current job, do not burn bridges.

Depending on the relationship you had with your past employer, if you explain that you left to further your knowledge and skills, they might be sympathetic. As long as you were a good employee (came to work and no reprimands) it is worth a shot.
