Here are the steps that I had to go through in order to get the logos. I hope these steps work out for you.
1. Go to www.cisco.com/certifications
2. Click on tracking system in the left column.
3. Candidate or Cisco ID is your Social Security Number (at least in US).
4. Password is the last four digits of your SSN. (You should change this immediately.
5. Click on Cert Progress in the left column.
6. Click on Get Logo.
7. Answer a couple of questions, and the logos will be e-mailed to you.
