I would recomend going for your Network+ first and then MS TCP/IP, to give yourself a good grounding in preparation for the CCNA exam.

First of all, who is paying for the class? If you do not have to pay for it out of your pocket, take the class. Whether you are going to pursue the CCNA right now or not, it will be a learning experience.
If you want to pursue networking, start with the Network+ to get familiar with the basics. Then look into getting an MCP (or CNA) before going for the CCNA. This will help you get your foot in the door and allow you to get some hands-on experience. Later you can build upon your experience with an MCSE (or CNE).
That's just my suggestion. Take it however you want it, but remember experience counts for a lot.
Good Luck:-)
