I have been using this site for a while and it is so cool, and you can get a free poster(I think they still do that). I have been digging into SONET and ATM and it has a ton of stuff there to explain it all. More info than I could ever digest. Just thought somebody in this forum might not know about it.

Hey jgribble
Brilliant site. I registered on the site and I been surfing around. It's ideal for me cos it's got Voice over IP amongst the protocols, as well as all the protocols I need for CCNA (and later CCNP). I will pass the url to my colleagues.

Its definetly dude. =)
I couldnt beleive how much they had on frame encapsulation methods on there. There was just a bank of info. This site is outstanding for a reference for anything we do as CCNAs or more.
