e-sims and Cisco Press Library
I have read the ICND book, have been using the Sybex e-trainer, and have also been studying the questions from the Cisco Press Study guide for 640-607. I am able to answer the questions on the practice test, and conseculatively score in the 80-90's range. Is there some other way of knowing if I am really ready for the real thing?

Yes, by knowing, honestly knowing, all the objectives listed for the ccna test, and knowing them well. Even missing 2 or 3 of them can cause quite a few problems
