Please how can I network my Plll win XP and my Pll win 98
I have connected the cross cable but how can I configure to share resources
and also ICS
Can any one give a step-by-step guide or any free site that has as a
step-by-step guide?

I asked for help for connecting my xp with win98. Now I have installed win
xp in the machine that was running 98 and networked it but the problem is
that when I try to connect to my Plll xp print from the pc that was running,
win 98 the pc shuts down. What might the problem be?

Bad hardware or an illegal copy of XP.

Dont use ICS!
Buy a cheap router instead. You can get them for under $50 and if you can
put up with the rebate hasssles , for about $30.
You wont need any crossover cables either.
Just follow instruction that come with the router and Win XP help. Piece of
cake!
