hello,
Local Termination, or maybe Line Termination, depending where you live, which is the part of the service providers telephone exchange that terminates the local loop (phone line, here in the UK).
Exchange Termination, again part of the service providers kit in their telephone exchange that communicates with the 'far' end, ie, other ISDN equipment.
Do you refer to the service providers telephone exchange as a 'central office'? I recall seeing that somehwere.
