Ccna Virtual Lab Not Loading!

This is really strange. I bought the Sybex CCNA Virtual Lab Gold...I have an HP System, running Windows XP. Anyway, the first day I installed it, it ran okay, but now, when ever I try and run it, it comes up with the screeen "one moment please...now loading..", then 10 seconds later, the screen disappears and nothing happens!!! as if it fails to load.. Any idea on a fix for this?? I tried to uninstall it and then reinstall it, and I get the same message!

before I forget, I do have the cd in the drive...In fact, when I get the "one moment please, no loading.." You can see that the cd light is flashing, so that it is reading. Also the cd is in mint condition, no problem with it at all....
Thanx again in advance.... Dusty

Have you tried reinstalling or checking the sybex site for any updates on the program?
