Test was not hard at all.. I stumbled on DHCP, that's because I did not do any DHCP hands-on exercises. If you have basic networking knowledge and specially a CCNA or Network+ you can pass it comfortably.. I used Rick Bushnell's book and sections from Sun's SA-389 study guide. Bushnell's book does not devote a chapter to troubleshooting, although all the troubleshooting commands are in the book and are covered in the chapters where they apply.
