 [1stPickPCHelp] windows socket srror: (10048), on API "bind"
Hi guys,
Can you give a solution as to how I can fix the problem windows socket error: (10048), on API "bind" . I have recently started getting this error and everytime I browse the internet ,I constantly get pop up windows appearing all over my desktop.
Since you guys are brilliant this will be a piece of cake.
