Updated Tera Term

There were two things that I wished Tera Term had. SSH2 and the ability
to remember which host I telnet'ed to. Apparently, the folks at
www.ayera.com improved on the original. There is a slight lag when you
fire it up, so perhaps it's trying to do a reverse-lookup. Will have to
wait until I re-install Sniffer on the new laptop.

BTW, Setup|TCPIP then check the HISTORY box to have it remember where
you telnet'ed to.

Some misc improvements include the ability to use more fonts.

Anyhoo, I thought some of you might find it useful. I'm still kicking
the tires around.
