I'm gonna be taking CID soon but I have a few questions...

1. I looked at cisco.com and I dont see any stuff related to IPX, Appletalk, or Mainframe (SNA) stuff.... Did they remove these questions from the pool of questions?
(seems like they did since other posters have commented it so...?)

2. What's minimum passing score?

3. I took the foundations exam so I was wondering how CID is regarded? Meaning ranking of difficulty of CID from CID, ROUTING, SWITCHING, and RA?
