STUDY GUIDES for MCSE Stuff what to buy?

Well.. My work has done it to me. LOL.. They need / want there ENTIRE
System Administration team, all the NT/Admin people. and everyone to get
off there butts and get MCSE certified. and all the TECHS that do repairs
A+ Certified. OH JOY!! NOW they want to do this. I find this out TODAY.
..and I go for my A+ OS tomorrow, and am all done. NOW I need to see if
they'll PAY me for spending the $$ for doing it.

I got the wonderful Job. Of doing ALL the research (cuz they say i'm the
computer geek at work LOL) .. finding the study materials etc. for them to
purchase and all that great stuff. So I haven't even started yet, but
figured I'd look into it this weekend. NOT sure on wether to do ONLINE
study, plus books or just books or online study?? I have to purchase my own
books. and then they'll reemburse me..so that's not so bad. I'll get a
BUNCH of books for FREE in the end. So I guess it's worth all the research
I'll have to do. BUT.. to be honest. I have to find out. DO THEY EXPECT ME
to purchase and READ all these books?? or just tell em. HEY you can get
these books for this much. and they'll cover this and that. or these books
here will cover this and that? I'd think that's what I'm gonna have to do.
They kind of threw me off with the old "any books you purchase to 'review'
we will reemburse you for, just put them on your time sheets. etc. yaddy ya
ya. Course I didn't have the heart to tell em THESE BOOKS will run HUNDREDS
OF DOLLARS and I ain't got 100's of bucks to LEND you guys lol..

So.. any idea on some Good books for studying for MCSE stuff? i've done the
A+ stuff myself which is all I'm required to do or need to do at work. (new
this was coming to prepared.. just didn't know they were gonna flip the
bill or I"d have waited) . so I'm probally gonna grab some CompTIA books
for studying the A+ and tell em those are good enough for that,
