Hi yahyah.
Have you registered with Cisco tracking at:
http://www.galton.com/~cisco/
Once you have, just send an email through to Cisco Training at:
cert_logos@cisco.com
requesting your logo, and including your exam registration and candidate details that are shown on your cert score sheet. I think that should do it.
