Webramp help ?

Anyone got any experiance with rampnet products ?
I have a slight proplem with my webramp600i
It´s seems verry easy and straight forward to program this router for opening TCP port 21 so I would be able ftp to my ftp server from the internet but nothing seams to work
I have no trouble going through the programming (no errors) but the router never opens any ports other than telnet and snmp,
by the way I am still able to telnet to it through the internet and use http to program it from the internet side.
Any ideas ?
