Don't despair, the race of life is not for the faint hearted. I have just finished the CCNA. What helped me? This forum, check the site everyday, go to www.techmindworks.com it is an excellent study tool, and if you can afford it buy exam essentials from www.certify.com This is the road to go, I can assure you. But please do not change whatever texbook(s) you are currently using. Best of luck next time.

2.Is their filter packet use flat address or

2. do they filter packet use flat address or
hierarchy address?
I think : Both of them use Flat
they filter network traffic by only looking at the MAC address.
MAC address = Flat
