Passing Outlook Xp - Hints!
I PASSED THE OUTLOOK EXAM!
Just to let anyone whos thinking of taking
the Mouse Outlook XP exam.... this exam was just problems the training centre had problems with the computer, then i had to make three more visits until i actually passed!
beware!
The questions in the exam are very very misleading, if you're thinking of taking it be very careful when answering.
Ok.. now to Powerpoint.... the battle continues.....

PowerPoint will be no sweat. Outlook is a pain in the neck. yes, very misleading questions and several Multiple Choice questions as well.

Yes, the multiple choice questions in Outlook are a pain. I think the Outlook tests will always be problematic. When I took the Outlook 2000 test, the testing center had to reinstall Office and reconfigure the testing software before I could take the test

I think what's happening is that the systems are not dumping the calendars, mails, tasks, etc., between testers. I had appointments and reminders from ? ? popping up on my screen all the way through the test. I had a "break" about question 4 where the "not transmitted"/failure contact administrator" error kept popping up...and after the test administrator rebooted the test (over half a dozen times) the computer (three times), his servers (twice), the test finally hung in past question 4!
I found that test to be the worst/hardest in the bunch! go figure!! Passed by only 4 points (ARGH!!!)
Good Luck!!
