Money Back from Smart Certify - Lawsuit
I signed up with Smart Certify Direct about 4 month ago. No customer
service (no return phone calls), and outdated Courses.
I replied to them saying I am unhappy and requesting a refund. Total
amount of $3200.
Does anybody has experience trying to get their money back? I will
start a law suite against them, should they not refund my money for
misrepresentation.
Any input would be highly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Michael Hensel

Re: Money Back from Smart Certify - Lawsuit
Didn't you try their free courses before purchase? What did you purchase?
That's quite a sum of money...
I haven't delt with this company before. I did however file a law suit
againt a particular company for unhappy services, and won. Best of luck with
your plight!
Cheers,
bob

Re: Money Back from Smart Certify - Lawsuit
I've used SmartCertify before. I think at this point you need to go after
the exams and fail one twice to get your money back. I believe their policy
is to give you 30 days to get a refund if you don't like the product, and
then a longer period (varies depending on course length) on refunds for
failing exams. You should read the documentation that came with your
software again...
I'm not sure I like the SmartCertify software any more, I used it for my
MCSE and for my CCNA, but I got a refund eventually on the CCNA software...
I feel there's just better stuff out there although the sim stuff does give
you a decent feel for working on the product to a degree...The text is just
terrible though, totally amateur, and way too many typos and discrepancies.
