Computer problems

I was cleaning the dust off the inside of my computer with compressed air the other day and once i was finished and turned my computer on i got these errors:

1) Secondary IDE channel no 80 conductor cable installed

2) Floppy disk(s) fail (40)

I tried reseating the cables and even using different cables, but I still get these messages. I was running RAID 0 on my SOYO dragon k7v motherboard. Is the RAID controller dead along with my floppy? they are all adjacent on the motherboard. I have no idea wat is wrong with it. Anyone have any ideas?

Here are my specs:
SOYO dragon k7v
AMD 1.4ghz ahyja
512mb pc2700 ddr
msi geforce 4 ti4400
2 40 gig IBM deskstar 60gxp

Is it possible that you blew away a small jumper either from the HD or from motherboard? The compressed air can easily do those sort of things.

Just cafefully check that all jumpers are in place.

Check your IDE/floppy cables.

lol, thanx webmaster, one of the problems solved...(floppy power was disconnected) how foolish of me. Anyhow, I still get the other error about secondary... I tried using different 80 pin IDE ribbons on the RAID controller. It doesn't even detect the drives. The thing is, right after I cleaned it, it used to get detected then all of a sudden it stopped. Also, I ran drive fitness test from IBM on one of the harddrives and there were some bad sectors(which i got fixed) so, I guess i can use the IDE1 for now. BUT i want my RAID~ Anyhow, if anyone else has any other ideas... thanx!
