Looking for windowless keyboards - help!!!
I'd like a 102-keyboard (PS2). Preferably with single-size <backspace>
and left-right inverted L shaped <return> but that's not as important as
gaps between Ctrl and Alt where the evil mfrs now insert the windows
keys. I live in the UK, Byfleet, near Woking and Guildford in Surrey.
Anybody knows where I can get such a keyboard? If not, can I order it
online and have it delivered before xmas?
Help! I'm desperate!
Thanks

Why?
Those keys are cool.
bind them to whateva you like.
Newer Xfree86 default setups (debconf) bind those keys to stuff like
compose and multi.

I hate them. Especially the pictures on them. (Otherwise I would
consider getting used to them.)

Unfortunately I don't trust ebay (well, other ebay users).

** How bad can you get ripped off on a keyboard? I doubt anyone who would
run an ebay scam on keyboards would be capable of turning a compurter
on/getting an ebay account/producing a selling spiel that would entice
anyone to bid.

Just learn how to type without looking at your keyboard and spray-paint
the whole thing. I did that, and it looks really nice ;-)

In '98, right before I switched to Linux, I finally bought a new
computer as an upgrade to my '91 486. This is when I first
realized how bad things had gotten with MS and it's influence.
It's also when I first started using Win95 (hence the switch to
Linux). It would piss me off so much when I was playing Doom
or Duke Nukem under Win95, and accidentally hit the damn Windows
or Menu key. It would send me back to the Windoz desktop right
in the heat of battle. I got so pissed I just ripped them out
with a screwdriver. To this day I still have holes in that area
on my keyboard.
