MCT in Hong Kong
I have heard that in Hong Kong, to be a new MCT, besides fulfilling all the
requirements on the MCT web site,
also need to work full time for a CTEC. Is it true?

Hong Kong does not accept the application for freelance MCTs , you will need
a CTEC number to sponsor your MCT application .
